Beloved Son of the late Joseph and Rosina Seger. Brother of the late Henry , Rosemary , William , Betty and Joseph. He is survived by many Nieces and Nephews. Anthony was a US Army veteran of WWII , and retired from Mellon Stuart Construction after 40 years of service.
