Lowe, of the North Side, on Tuesday, July 13, 2021; Father of Charles Lowe, Elizabeth (Jarmaine) Roberson, Charlene (James) Inman, and Michelle (Roger) Moore; Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also preceded in death by two (2) grandchildren; son of the late Charles and Genevieve Lowe; Stepson of Margaret A. Lowe; Brother of Gilbert, Charlotte Martin, Melvin, Donald, Mark, Diane, Margaret, Evelyn, Margo Lee and the late Doris Martin and Gorman Lowe; long-time friend of Laura Thomas; Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Friday at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Ave. at Davis Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212 where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am. Interment in Allegheny County Memorial Park .
