Chuck was called home to Our Lord. He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years Cathy Mance Mazoch; loving father of Chuck (Gena), Holly, Chris, and Stephen Mazoch.He was a Teamster Union Steward for 35 years, usher at St. Louise Church, he bled black and gold for his Steelers and was a season ticket holder for many years.
