Cheryl Jean Harper, age 66, of Washington, PA, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023.  Beloved mother of April (Justin) Stewart, James (Megan) Stewart, Ayla (Fiance Carroll Davis), and Cindy Timmons.  Grandmother of Brendon, Braden, Bryson, Faith, Justin, Alexa, Skylynn, Alexis, Caelin, Damien, Lillyana, and the late J. J.   Daughter of the late Raymond W. and Georgia Harper; Sister of Lynda, Denzil, Chucky, Rene, and the late "Cookie", Bobby, Billy, Danny and Debbie; she is also survived by Bill, Lisa, Sally and Lucky; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  NO VISITATION , SERVICES PRIVATE.
