Beloved husband of Lois June Payne; father of Donald (Denise) Payne, Colleen (Rick) Lane, and Melanie Payne; Grandfather of ( Connor, Erin, and Lillian), (Richard, Noah, Ryan, Bella, Jacob, and Dennis), (Trey and Shea); Son of the late Donald and Dolores Payne; Brother of Dawn Wanniger, and the late Patricia and Keith Payne. Family and Friends received 4-8 pm Thursday at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc. 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue Pittsburgh PA 15212. Where a Service will be held on Friday at 10 am. Military Honors to follow.
