Beloved Husband of Colleen Chulack; Father of Alexis and Ryan Chulack; Son of the late Andrew Chulack and Mary Deisroth; Brother of David (Patty) Chulack, Andrew Chulack, and Darrell (Carol) Chulack; Uncle of Diana (Frank) Bruzzese, Becky Chulack, Stacey (John) Alston, Shannon (Doug) McElrath, Kristen (Brandon) Sheetz, Stephanie (Dave) McCarthy, and Andrew Chulack; Great-uncle of Kendall and Brielle McElrath, Maddie Alston, Landyn Chulack, and Emerson Bruzzese; Brother-in-law of Jim Chapman, Matthew Chapman and Christa (Jack) Merling; Uncle of Brandon and D. J. Chapman.
Relatives and Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Union Dale Cemetery.
