Beloved Father of Christine Frisco , Kathleen Scheidlmeier and Patricia (Mark) Milligan. Grandfather of Jason , Ryan , Alexis , Leah and Jacob. Gr-Grandfather of five. Son of the late Joseph Frisco and Carmela Frisco-Costa. Brother of William and the late Bertrum , Joseph and Anthony Frisco. He was a veteran of the US Merchant Marine serving during the Second World War , and a retired machine operator.
