Ian Lamar Fields, Jr. age 25, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023; Beloved Father of Tristian Fields and Kai Fields; Grandson of Noreen and Rick Stapinsky; Son of Dana Clark and Ian L. Fields, Sr.; Brother of Quotez "Tez" Richards, Dougie and Dylan Lentz, Autumn and Dominic Clark; Uncle of Lakelynn Lentz; Survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and cousin of the late Shayla Stapinsky.
Friends and Relatives will be received on Monday from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212-2104 where a Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Union Dale Cemetery Division #2, 2200 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
