John J. Samosky at age 83 of Cranberry Township, formerly of Brighton Heights passed away on Monday October 26, 2026. Beloved Husband of Carol Ann Samosky; Loving Father of Amy Samosky and Beth (Samosky) and Kevin Mudd; Grandfather of Gabriella Grace Mudd; Son of the late John and Ann Samosky; Brother of Paul (Patricia) Samosky; Uncle of Paul Samosky Jr. (Kim), Patrick (Mandy) Samosky, and the late Pamela Samosky. John was a long-time employee of the City of Pittsburgh spending most of his time working at Point State Park. Family and friends received Thursday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc. 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue Pittsburgh PA 15212. A Funeral Mass will be held in Saint Mark the Evangelist Parish (Saint Kilian Church) 7076 Franklin Road Cranberry Township PA, 16066 on Friday at 10:00 am.
