Louis "Lou" R. Haynes

Louis R. "Lou" Haynes, on Thursday, July 2, 2020; beloved husband of 70 years to the late Leona E. (Radick) Haynes; father to Leona "Lee" (Bart) Klemz,, Mark (Kim) Haynes, James "Jim" (Chery) Haynes, Leslie Haynes Simpson (the late Barry Simpson), and the late Blair "Skip" (Cheryl)  Haynes; son of the late Blair Win and Ruth Hildebrand Haynes; brother of the late Blair Win, Homer Lee, John Wesley, and Velma Ruth Rovder.  Lou was a dedicated husband, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  An extremely hard worker, a veteran of WWII, a truck driver for 30 years, and longtime owner of the Crystal Lounge on the North Side.   In the comedy duo that was his marriage, he was the straight guy.  They will be sorely missed.   Services and Interment Private.
