Maria Perkun, age 97, passed into eternity on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Philip; cherished and much loved mother of Anna (late Larry) Merritt, Olga Perkun, Luba (Fred, Jr.) Burgess, Lisa (Dan) Forrest, and John (Susanne) Perkun; cherished Baba of Matthew (Bre) Burgess, Colleen Burgess (Ed Kovacic), Erin (Zachary) Einwag, Philip Perkun , Eric Perkun, Michael Forrest, and Anna Forrest; great-Baba of Theo Joseph Kovacic, Lyla Maria Burgess; sister of Theodosia Hoshovsky. Friends received 1-8 pm Sunday , October 17, 2021, at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Ave. at Davis Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212.Parastas Sunday at 7 pm. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held in St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church Monday at 10 am . Family suggests contributions to St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3445 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. FAMILY RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS WEARING OF MASKS.
