Rita Marie (Farmer) Bartley, age 89, of North Side, on Thursday, July 27, 2017. Wife of the late Eugene H. Bartley; Mother of Eugene H., Jr., Anthony T., Roy G., Alice C. Garlow and Andrew "Woody" Chulack; grandmother of Ericka, Heath, Kathi Jo and Toni Marie Bartley, Jamie Cavallaro, Roy Bartley, Roy Derbish, Andrew and Stephanie Chulack and the late Eugene Bartley IV and Jennifer Garlow; eight great-grandchildren; sister of Margaret Lowe and Jean Breedlove and the late Clarence and Thomas Farmer and Gladys Rush. Rita was the matriarch of our family, keeping us all together.
