Sandra Lynn Karavlan

Age 60, born July 19, 1956. Daughter of the late Philip and Catherine (Leitsch) Karavlan. Sandy graduated from North Allegheny High School and Duff Business Institute. She worked at Passavant Hospital until retirement in 2015. Sandy enjoyed working with horses and entering horse shows. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She is also survived by her brother, Philip (Donna) Karavlan; sister, Susan (Tom) Kubiak; loving nieces, Stephanie and Michelle (Walker); and nephew, Philip and late nephew, Sean Kubiak; great-nieces, Layla and Penelope; caregiver, Mary Ann Scott; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made to a charity of their choice.
