Beloved Wife of 43 years of Frank W. Pelc Jr. Loving Mother of Doritta (Bryan) Gross , Frank W. Pelc III and Selene Pelc. Daughter of John and the late Dorothy Wagner. Also survived by her Brother , John Wagner and Nieces and Nephews . For over 20 years she was the Secretary to the President of Dusquesne University.
