Scott David Cousins passed away on Monday, September 7, 2026 at age 63. Ex-Husband of Doris Cousins; Father of Brandon (Aimee) Cousins; Stepfather of Kristin Purifoy and Jazmine Domonski; Grandfather of Isabelle, Abigail, and Eliott Cousins, Arianna and Desirae Purifoy; Son of the late William Cousins and late Ella Cousins-McCrackin; Brother of William Cousins; Nephew of George and Michael Titchnell; Family and Friends received Thursday, September 17th, 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc. 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15212. A Funeral Service will be held in St. Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Cathedral on Friday, September 18th at 10 am. Interment to follow in Union Dale Cemetery Division # 2. The Family invites those in those in attendance to join them at Monte Cello's Restaurant 2198 Babcock Blvd. Pittsburgh, Pa 15209.
