Beloved Father of Jennifer (Eric) Osborne and the late Michael S. Pelles. Loving Grandfather of twins , Matthew and Tyler Osborne. Son of the late Stephen and Anna Pelles. Brother of Lorraine Martin. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired lab worker. He was a member of the PA Association for the Study of the Unexplained.
