Janice Ann (Kimak) Markovich

Age 71, with her family by her side, Janice passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020, after a courageous struggle with multiple myeloma. Beloved wife of Richard W., mother of Dawn (Robert) Babicka, Patricia (Daniel) Gross, Michelle (Daniel) Carpenter, and Susan Spagnol; grandmother of (Frank),(Bailey, Aidan, and Morgan), (Hunter),(Logan, and Vivian);daughter of the late John and Dorothy Kimak sister of John(Barbara) Kimak; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Janice was a survivor of breast cancer, a former City of Pgh. school crossing guard, an amazing wife, mother, nana ,and sister. PRIVATE FAMILY viewing. A funeral mass will be held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church/Christ Our Savior Parish(friends welcome, following CDC guidelines) on Monday at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
