On Friday, April 23, 2021. Wife of the late Michael; mother of Luba Spak and the late Stefan Spak; greatest grandmother of Stefan (Kristen) Spak and great-grandmother of Jonathan Michael Spak; Sister of the late Dimitro and Joseph Koczulosky and the late Merosha. Aunt of Michalena and Stefan. Friends received 2-6 pm Tuesday (Masks required, following all CDC guidelines). Parastas Tuesday 5:30 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10 am.
